We currently accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can see the available options on the checkout page before completing your order.
How do I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?+
At checkout, choose Apple Pay or Google Pay and authenticate with your device. Your card details are never shared with us, so your purchase stays private and protected.
Do you offer buy now, pay later options?+
We no longer offer Afterpay. All orders are charged in full at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods.

Yes. Our checkout uses industry-standard encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing. We never store your full card number on our servers.
When will I be charged?+
Your payment method is authorized when you place your order. Custom wig orders may require a deposit or full payment before construction begins — our studio will confirm details within 48 hours.
How do I book an appointment?+
Appointments are booked through our online scheduler. Click the booking link, choose the service you want, pick an available date and time, then enter your contact details. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is reserved.

You’ll be taken to our secure scheduling page where you can view all available services, select your preferred appointment type, and see real-time openings. After choosing a time slot, enter your name, email, and phone number to confirm. A confirmation email with appointment details and any preparation instructions will be sent automatically.
What services can I book online?+
Our online scheduler includes consultations, wig customization appointments, install services, and braid education sessions. If you don’t see the service you need, email hello@melodiehair.com and we’ll help you find the right appointment.

How long does processing take?+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom wig orders may require additional processing time, which will be confirmed within 48 hours of purchase.
When will my order arrive?+
Once shipped, most domestic orders are delivered within 7–14 business days. Total delivery time from order placement is typically 8–16 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Do you offer expedited shipping?+
At this time we offer standard shipping only. All delivery estimates are provided in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
How can I track my order?+
A tracking number is sent to your email once your order ships. You can also contact us at hello@melodiehair.com with your order number for shipment updates.
